The Mercian is the third in Moda Living's portfolio of BTR (Build to Rent) properties where we have developed the precedent we set for narrative space - the site was the location of the celebrated Click Club, instrumental in launching the careers of bands from Duran Duran to Black Sabbath - to create a vivid sense of place fundamental to creating a vivid new community.
