A live experiment in purpose-built student accommodation, The Project at Hoxton brings together all of Naomi's pioneering ideas in the PBSA sector, culminating in a home specifically designed to help students optimise their academic potential.
The studio curated a specialist team for the purpose, including communications agency This Works and neuroscientists and psychologists, Professor Kate Jeffery of UCL and Professor Gregory Bliming of Rutgers University,
This 279 apartment building deploys a potent symbiosis of organisation and aesthetics, encompassing a dedicated student liaison, a programme of resident feedback, natural materials, highly flexible spatial arrangement, multi-layered lighting schemes, media-free zones and, most notably, scent design and bespoke soundscapes to support relaxation and concentration.
The building set a new commercial benchmark for the market when it became 100% booked before launch.
